Terms of use
Altesse Co. Ltd (hereinafter, referred to as "the head office") manages "Altesse/One Way System" in which high quality drinking water (hereinafter, referred to as "the present product") is sold in the form of home delivery.
The present terms are applied to the customer who concludes the usage agreement of a drinking water home delivery service (hereinafter, referred to as "the present service") according to "Altesse/One Way System" with the head office or its distributor agents.

The customer is requested to provide the following information according to the format defined by the head office, at the time of requesting the present service.
(Hereinafter, the respective pieces of information provided will be collectively referred to as "basic delivery rule".)

Name, address, and contact information
(2)
Designation of the present product and dispenser type and size
(3)
Delivery address
(4)
Product quantity for one delivery
(5)
Delivery cycle

The head office and the distributor agents regularly deliver the present product to the customer according to the basic delivery rule.

When the customer wants to change the basic delivery rule, please change it via the following web site or make contact with the following customer service center according to the format defined by the head office.

When the customer's name, address, etc. provided are changed, the customer is requested to report the change to the head office or the distributor agents without any delay.

If the delivery documents sent from the head office or the distributor agents fail to be delivered due to no submission of the change report, it is regarded as delivered to the customer at normal delivery timing unless there is such an unavoidable circumstance that prohibits the submission of the change report.

The customer is requested to pay the service charge as per the attached sheet to the head office or the distributor agents.

The service charge is closed at the end of each month and paid at the specified date of the next month by automatic deduction from the customer's bank account.
If the customer uses a credit card, the payment policy is complied with the card company.

If we couldn't confirm the payment, we might issue a reminder letter.

If we couldn't confirm the payment continuously, we will stop the home delivery of the "Altesse one way system" products.

If the payment was not settled past the due date, we charge, on the delivered products, an annual interest of 16.6% as liquidated damages from the following day of the due date.

Please pay the water dispenser maintenance fee (525 yen), if there is no order in one month.

If water dispenser or other things need to be changed due to the customer request, we will charge appropriate cost for the neccesary work and shipment.

The present product is regularly delivered to the customer, based on our basic delivery rule.

The acceptance of provisional order is closed at the same timing with the customer service center close. The order after customer service center close will be handled on next day. And the shipment will be made after the next day of the order.
Change request of the basic delivery rule is also the same.

The provisional order mentioned in last clause can be made by WEB site or send the filled format to the address, which is mentioned in Article 2 clause 1.


Please keep the following lists in order to protect from the dispenser break or water leakage.

Please consume the product before the expiration date.
2
Please take care the water dispenser following by the attached maintenance guide.
3
Please do not connect the different companies water bottle to our water dispenser.
4
Please do not make any actions that head offices prohibited.

If the customer wants to stop the present service, it is required to inform the customer service center or the distributor agents 7 days before the next delivery date.

Water dispenser is the loaned item to the customer by the head office or the distributor agents, except when there is a special agreement.
If the customer wants to stop the delivery within 1 year after the beginning, we request 5,250 yen as a dispenser handling charge.

Customer is requested to pay any debt to the head office or the distributor agents by the time of contract end.
Remaining dept is necessary to pay even after the contract end.

The head office or the distributor agents can stop the service or finalize the agreement without notification, if customer meet the following lists.
(1)
When the provided customer information such as name, address, credit record, etc are untrue.
(2)
When the customer make payment delay, which is mentioned in Article 3.
(3)
When the customers' credit standing deteriorates.
(4)
When customer damage the head offices and the distributor agents honor or impair other rights.
(5)
When the customer make trouble with other customers.
(6)
When the customer violate our agreement or mutual trust is remarkably destroyed
(7)
When the head office or the distributor agents judges the delivery to the customer is improper under this lists.
(8)
When 4 month have passed after the last delivery and our service is stopped to provide customer without notification to head office or the distributor agents.
In this case, Article 6 clause 2 is applied.

For the preceding clause, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the dept.

When the head office or the distributor agents can not provide the present service due to below issues, the head office and the distributor agents do not have the responsibility and the onus of damage.
(1)
When the natural disaster.
(2)
When the law is enacted, is reorganized and offered administrative guidance
(3)
When the serious problem happened that the present service can not provide to the customer.
(4)
When the similar reason occurred to former lists.

The head office and the distributor agents can stop the service if the preceding clause are hopeless to solve.

When the damage caused because the customer used the present service against the conditions of a prescribed Article 5, the head office and the distributor agents don't have any responsibility for the damage.

When the customer damages the water dispenser against the conditions of prescribed Article 5, it may requested to pay the quotation of the water dispenser price.

The head office and the distributor agents acquire and use the customers individual information for the following purposes. (if the customer is company, the individual person who belongs the company.)
(1)
The delivery of the product, the services, payment claim, handling of customer request, urgent contact, cotract maintenance and contract management.
(2)
To inform the product, service and the campaigns of the headquater or the distributor agents.
(3)
For the purpose of the marketing and the sales promotion of the head office or the distributor agents product and services.
(4)
Correspondence to the inquiry for the head office and the distributor agents product and services.
(5)
Correspondence to inquiry of individual information of head office.

The head office and the distributor agents never offer individual information to the third party.
However, a part of business might be consigned to an outside trader for the purpose of providing the product and service. (delivery and send out)

Please contact Altesse customer service center (TEL 0120-377-388) for the request of individual information disclosure, correction, addition or the deletion.

When individual information cannot be offered from the customer for the registration of the product and the service, it might be difficult to provide the product and the service.
Moreover, in that case customer can not participate some campaign.

Head office collect the web site access log by using the Cookie and web beacon, to understand the access of the web page by customers.
Moreover, head office might use other internet technology.
But we don't collect the information, which specify the individual person.
(Cookie is a technology that correct the information of web site access record.)
(Web beacon is an extremely small image that is built in the web page for the purpose of gathering customer access trend.)

The head office and the distributor agents handle the individual information carefully under the law and various guidelines.

The head office can change this rule at any time.

When the customer use the present service after the rule change, head office consider that the customer agree the rule change or the new rule.
